We usually use chicken breast but chicken tenders would work well if that is what you have on hand. Shred the chicken into chunks and add back to the pan along with the cooked bacon, reduced chicken stock, cream, parmesan and cornflour mixture. Add cheese, salmon, cream, egg, pepper and parsley (reserving some for garnish) and cook 3 mins / varoma / speed 1 / reverse. Add bacon, wine, water ,chicken stock and chicken breast cook 5 minutes / temp 100/ speed 2. Season and stir through cream and let sit for 5 minutes
Some contain gluten so be sure to check the labels. Pour boiling water into tm bowl and place tm lid on. Place parmesan cheese into mixing bowl and grate 10 sec/speed 9.
Add the spinach and cook for another couple of minutes until just wilted. Add reserved liquid, cream, pesto, onion, chicken and tomato, stir through the fettuccine. Add stock, cream, wine, chicken and basil and cook 16 mins / 100c / speed 1 / reverse.
Cook fettuccine following packet directions; Bring a large pot of water to a boil, and salt generously.
